At Pure Quality Breeder, our commitment to you doesn’t end when you take your puppy home. As dedicated breeders, passionate puppy lovers, and experienced puppy counselors, we strive to provide you with a happy, healthy companion. However, a puppy’s well-being depends on multiple factors, including genetics, nutrition, exercise, and overall care. While we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never face health challenges, we guarantee our ongoing support and will always do our best to assist you—even beyond our health guarantee.
Our Health Guarantee
We understand that your puppy is irreplaceable, but we also believe that the love of another furry friend can help ease difficult moments. Our health guarantee includes the following:
- Genetic Health Coverage (First 2 Years): If your puppy experiences a congenital or hereditary disorder within two years of birth that significantly impacts its health, or in the unfortunate event of death due to genetic factors, we will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. A licensed veterinarian must certify the condition or cause of death.
- Extended Coverage (Up to 10 Years): If your puppy passes away due to genetic reasons after ten years, we will offer a credit of 70% of the original cost toward the purchase of a new puppy of equivalent value. A licensed veterinarian must verify the cause of death.
Your Role in Your Puppy’s Health
Nothing makes us happier than seeing our puppies thrive in their forever homes! To ensure your puppy remains healthy, we kindly request your cooperation in the following:
✅ Veterinary Examination: Schedule a vet check-up within 2 business days of receiving your puppy. Please send us a copy of the medical report from a licensed veterinarian.
✅ Vaccination Guidelines: Your puppy will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations. Please do not vaccinate within the first ten days of bringing your puppy home.
✅ Regular Healthcare: Continue deworming and health check-ups as recommended by your vet, especially until at least 9 weeks of age and beyond.
✅ Ongoing Maintenance: Provide your puppy with a nutritious diet, regular exercise, and routine veterinary care to ensure a long, healthy life.
Exceptions to Our Guarantee
While we stand by the quality and health of our puppies, certain factors are beyond our control. Our guarantee does not cover:
❌ Temperament, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability of the puppy.
❌ Hip dysplasia in breeds prone to the condition if the puppy becomes overweight.
❌ Failure to provide timely vaccinations, vet care, or proper maintenance.
❌ Costs related to spaying/neutering, including undescended testicles.
